At LiberNovo, we are committed to delivering your LiberNovo Omni chair promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping process for orders placed on libernovo.com.au.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses in the United States and select European countries. Free standard shipping is available for orders within the 49 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Guam). For orders shipping to European countries, Canada, and Australia, additional shipping fees will apply. These fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout for your confirmation. Shipping Costs
  • Standard Shipping : Free for all orders
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost $69
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
  • Standard Shipping : 5-11 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days after processing
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as Auspost and Allied Express. All shipments are insured and trackable.
Curbside Delivery
Deliveries are curbside, meaning the carrier will leave the package at the entrance of your provided address. For large items like the LiberNovo Omni chair, please ensure someone is available to receive and move the package indoors.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on libernovo.com.au.
Shipping Issues
If your order is damaged, lost, or not delivered as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@libernovo.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
